Sometimes suspicious lesions require further testing, and a procedure known as a biopsy may be performed during your consultation. This allows your doctor to send off a sample of the lesion to be verified under a microscope as to whether the lesion is of concern.

This procedure helps to avoid unnecessary surgery, but also give 100% certainty as to the nature of the skin lesion.

Full excisions of non-melanoma skin cancers can also be performed by our fully qualified doctors. We will usually book this as a separate appointment after the initial skin check.

A Full Body Check is the most important service we provide. We recommend having annual full body skin checks.

A Full Boy Check takes 30-40 minutes and involves a full head-to-toe check. Photographs will also be taken by our state-of-the-art computerized dermatoscopy system for future comparisons.

Sclerotherapy has been available since the 1930s. It is a treatment option often used for varicose veins and spider veins in the legs.

Most small, clearly visible leg veins can now be successfully treated with micro-sclerotherapy. This process involves injecting a solution into the veins to make them disappear. This is done in our rooms as a day procedure.

For sclerotherapy treatments, please book with Dr. Daphne Cheng for an intial consult.
