Dr. David Compton
David graduated from the University of Adelaide, going on to practice in England for some time. During his career he has managed a large number of patients presenting with skin cancer and, thus, his passion for skin cancer management was born. He has specialised in skin cancer management for the past 5 years, undertaking further education. David enjoys golf, overseas travel and the occasional fishing trip. Funnily enough, all things that can cause considerable skin damage from the sun!
Dr. Virginia Hillier
Virginia graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1970 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Virginia pursues in-depth and thorough practice of medicine. A little known fact about Virginia is that she was a competitive hockey player during her time at University.
Dr. Kimberly Lim
Kimberly graduated from The University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor or Surgery. She has two young children and in her spare time loves eating out and travelling. She has a flare for floristry and has a secret obsession with escape rooms!
Dr. Alecia Macrow
Alecia completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Flinders University before completing a Certificate in Dermatology. She has also completed a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, an Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and a Certificate in Practical Dermascopy at the Australian College of Dermatologists. Alecia has three kids. She enjoys being outdoors and riding her bike. She is interested in low waste household solutions, such as reducing single-use plastics.
Dr. Raphael Ng
Raphael (affectionately known as ‘Raph’ by our staff) graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. In his spare time, Raph enjoys soccer and has recently taken up the hobby of rock climbing with his children.
Dr. Thomas van Wyngaard
Dr Thomas van Wyngaard (known as Tommie) graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 1988. He has practised Medicine in rural South Australia for 10 years. He always had a special interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and has completed an Advanced Medical Certificate in Skin Cancer Management and Dermoscopy. He is competent in Skin procedures from biopsies to flap repairs. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music and fishing.
